Kanab 最好的餐廳， fusion + tapas，預約了兩次才訂上，點了西瓜五花肉，糖醋排骨，扇貝，蘆筍. 每一樣都很好吃。

大峽谷羚羊谷遊玩后的午餐，因為導遊帶去的地方周邊也沒啥吃的，所以就只好吃這個了。記得好像是21刀一個人。貌似很多旅行團都把這裏當作團餐接待的餐廳？總體來說，味道比想象中的要好一些，雖然和國內的中餐館比不了，但也不難吃。但導遊推薦的三文魚是什麼鬼？又干又柴又腥氣。酸辣湯也是一種很神奇的味道，這。。應該是個外國寧做的中餐吧？出門掃了眼，這家居然被評為美國Top100中餐廳？！
